Welcome to Lumen: Survive the Darkness, a mobile action-survival game developed by Ramazan Harmaner. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you play our game. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Lumen: Survive the Darkness does not require you to create an account. We do not directly collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The game saves the following data locally on your device only using Unity's PlayerPrefs system. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by us:

• Game Progress: Your current level, score, and unlocked abilities.
• Meta-Progression: Permanent upgrade levels (Speed, Endurance, Collection, etc.).
• Currency: Your Lumen currency balance.
• Lumen Pass Progress: Your current pass tier and claimed rewards.
• Settings: Sound and music preferences.
• Notification Timing: Timestamps used to schedule local push notifications.
• Purchase Records: Whether you have purchased the "Remove Ads" or "Lumen Pass" in-app items (stored as a flag, no payment data is stored).

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our game displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This may include:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID / IDFA)
• IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
• Device type, operating system version, and language
• Ad interaction data (clicks, impressions)

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and UK will be shown a GDPR consent prompt on first launch. You can choose to receive personalized or non-personalized ads. This consent can be updated at any time from within the app.

If you purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase, all third-party advertisements are permanently disabled in your game session.

4. In-App Purchases

Lumen: Survive the Darkness offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., Remove Ads, Lumen Pass). All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not handle, store, or have access to any payment card or billing information. All purchase transactions are governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Local Push Notifications

The game uses local push notifications to remind you to return and play. These notifications are:

• Scheduled entirely on your device — no data is sent to our servers.
• Only triggered by local timers, not remote servers.
• Can be disabled at any time from your device's system Settings → Notifications → Lumen.

On Android 13 and above, the game will request your permission to send notifications. You may deny this permission without affecting gameplay.

6. Children's Privacy

Lumen: Survive the Darkness is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete such information.

7. Third-Party Services

Our game integrates the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

8. Data Security
